Join the ASO Trumpet section and moderator Emily Brebach (ASO English Hornist) on Saturday, September 12, at 8 pm for the third installment of Backstage Banter. As always, bring your questions and a drink (we have a feeling Michael Tiscione will have a glass of red wine). We look forward to seeing you there! This time we’ll be featuring our flute section of Christina Smith, Rob Cronin, Todd Skitch, and Gina Hughes! Emily Brebach will moderate and answer questions from our viewers. Hope to see you then!  We’re excited to see many of our ATL Symphony Musicians featured in tomorrow’s chamber music concert by the Grand Teton Music Festival. Please join us at 8pm EDT tomorrow for some great music making!   The ASO Brass Quintet will be performing Thursday night at 7pm at the Atlanta Botanical Garden! Tickets will be limited in order to ensure social distancing, so please reserve yours as soon as possible. We hope to see you there!
If you’ve ever wondered about the creative process for composers, tune in to tonight’s livestream at 8pm EDT featuring our very own Michael Kurth! He will be discussing composition as well as answering questions. This will also include a Listening Party of his work “Everything Lasts Forever”. We hope you’ll join in!   Please join us onstage or online this Thursday, February 27th at 6:45pm for a Preconcert Chamber Music presentation by The Merian Ensemble! This concert will feature a program entitled "Listen: Works by Women", in honor of International Women's Day on March 8th. The Merian Ensemble Elisabeth Remy Johnson, harp Christina Smith, flute Emily Brebach, oboe Marci Gurnow, clarinet Jessica Oudin, viola  We would love to see you at our annual ATL Symphony Musicians Appreciation Concert at 3pm on January 5th! The concert will be held in Kellett Chapel at Peachtree Presbyterian.
This event is not ticketed. Suggested donation of $10 per person at the door. All donations benefit the ATL Symphony Musicians Scholarship Fund. Reception to follow. Please come out and support all of these wonderful musicians! |
