We are very excited to share with you that the ATL Symphony Musicians are presenting a free community concert benefiting the arts programs of Drew Charter School!  The event will take place on a future date TBD, at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.  Conducted by Maestro William Fred Scott, this concert will include Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony as well as Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 3 and Concerto for violin and oboe in D minor, which will feature ASO musicians Elizabeth Koch Tiscione and Justin Bruns as soloists.  

Admission is free, however donations are strongly encouraged.  All funds raised will directly benefit the Drew Arts programs by helping to provide students with private lessons, scholarships, supplies and field trips to local arts organizations.  The fervent incorporation of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) into the curriculum, a faculty and environment that foster creativity, and the addition of a new building to house the growing student body were all factors in helping determine that Drew was a deserving recipient of this community effort.

The ATL Symphony Musicians believe strongly in the value of the arts in education and are honored to help advocate for the cultural enrichment of Atlanta's youth!
